Every year since 1967, the Estee Lauder Company has introduced an annual collection of limited edition solid perfume compacts for the holiday season. This was designed for the 1998 collection. This compact is a very clever enamel cream color cup, filled with green enamel “tea” with a floating lemon slice. A gold tag, marked “tea”, hangs from the rim of the cup. There is a golden spoon resting on the matching saucer. Cup and saucer are set with pale pink crystals. Size: 1″ high and 2″ in diameter. The compact is in very good condition. There are no missing crystals and there are no scuffs, scratches or chips in the enamel or the gold tone metal. The hinge and closure are in perfect working condition. There is no pouch, box or paperwork included. The original label is missing from the bottom of the piece. The compact measures 1″ high by 2″ in diameter.
